Blogging & Working Full Time

I've been seeing a few "Week in the life" type posts around lately, mainly from full-time bloggers that want to share a bit of insight of what their life is actually like and I have been loving them. I'm a pretty nosey person, so reading posts like this, and chilled everyday life kinda vlogs, is something that I thoroughly enjoy. That's why I decided to write this post, it's not so much a day to day diary of what I do, more like how I balance blogging and working full time.

Blogmas Day 17 || A Chat With a PR on Working With Bloggers

As a blogger, I deal with a fair amount of PRs, and I have a few questions that I've always wanted to ask them in regards to what they look for when they're looking for bloggers to work with. So I recently reached out to Alice over at Babushka PR to ask her a few questions and share them with you on my blog, as I feel a lot of bloggers want to know these things too.

Keeping it Real on Instagram

Just before summer, I found myself falling out of love with Instagram. It frustrated me so much because I felt like Instagram was such an important aspect of blogging and that I needed to keep posting high-quality content on there regularly. Oh, and let's not forget Instagram stories, which have now started to me editorial style stories. This made me fall out of love with blogging and lose all my inspiration to create any content because I didn't feel like what I was creating was good enough.

If you're not careful, blogging can get quite expensive. What with the nice cameras, the domain, the lights, the props, the clothes, the products, etc... It can all be a lot of money, money that we can't all afford to spend. So how do I manage to keep blogging on a budget? Here's some tips.

Blogmas Day 1 || Plans & Tips For This Years Blogmas

First of all, welcome to Blogmas here on Bethan's Blog. After the stress of last years Blogmas I wasn't sure if I'd be doing it again, but I decided in summer to give it another go and actually plan for it this time so hopefully it won't be as stressful. For my first post I thought I'd give you an idea of what I plan on posting this month and some tips in case you're doing Blogmas for the first time.

Behind The Blog Photos

I've been blogging for a while now and one thing that I'm always trying to improve is my blogs photography. The first thing that gets someone's attention is always going to be the photo. It may not be the reason some reads the post but it will be what grabs their attention to start off with. So having photos that I am happy with is very important to me.
Since I started blogging, the quality of my photos has improved a lot. I have also slowly found and developed my own style, and found different ways to edit.

Getting Out Of a Blog-Life Crisis

Running a blog is hard work, especially if you work full time too. It's not just writing the posts, it's taking the photos, coming up with ideas, testing out products, maintaining the blog, etc... If you blog, you know what I mean.

Having recently gone through a blog-life crisis myself, I thought I'd share a few tips on keeping motivated, and getting back into the flow of things.
