Blogmas Day 18 || The Perfect Product To Help Your Lashes

When I was sent the NYK1 lash force eyelash growth serum to try out I was eager to give it a go and see if it actually works. I don't think I've ever used a product like this before if I have, don't remember right now. It is said to stimulate your follicles to help them grow and can be used on your lashes and eyebrows.

Now I only used this on my lashes as I feel that my eyebrows look just fine as they are. However, my lashes could definitely use a bit of help seen as they are pretty much non-existent. Okay, I'm being a bit dramatic... They're there but they're just not very long and thick at all.

How does it work?

The LYK1 lash force eyelash growth serum stimulates the hair follicles to become stronger by increasing the blood flow and nourishment they receive. B vitamins make your lashes (and brows) grow stronger and prevent damage, meaning they stay put longer allowing them to reach peak length before falling out.

I think this product is a good idea even if you don't necessarily want longer lashes, nourishing them is never a bad thing especially if you're putting mascara on everyday like me.

Did it actually work?

I have been using this for a while now and I have to say, I'm impressed. I had high hopes for it anyway s it has won a "Natural health international beauty" award and it also has a pretty hefty price tag on it.

I applied it twice a day like it was a liquid eyeliner, which I was worried about at first incase it irritated my eyes. However, the only time my eye was remotely irritated was when I accidentally poked myself in it with the applicator. I wouldn't recommend it.

I started to notice a difference in my lashes after a few weeks of using it, they looked a lot thicker and healthier. I wouldn't say they looked much longer, but them looking thicker definitely made them stand out more and I was perfectly happy with that.

Would I buy it?

Like I said before, it has a pretty hefty price tag on it. At £34.95, I don't think I'll be rushing out to get it any time soon. I love how it made my lashes look and feel but not enough to spend a fortune on it. If I was a bit wealthier than I would, treat yourself and all.

Have you tried the NYK1 lash force eyelash growth serum? What did you think to it?
