Chapter 4 || April

You'd think that by now I would've learned to write things down that go on during the month so that when it comes to writing this post I actually remember and don't have to sit and work it out. But I haven't because I'm an idiot. What I do remember from April is that it was my birthday and I finally turned 20 okay 24 but shh.

The first half of the month was pretty slow if I'm honest, I didn't really get up to much and I didn't really get much work done due to lack of motivation. I did change the theme on my blog, which I'm incredibly happy with. It's something I'd been wanting to do for a while, although I'd recently given my blog a little makeover I still wasn't entirely happy with the layout as I wanted bigger images. I nearly went self-hosted and moved to Wordpress as I couldn't find the kind of theme I wanted for Blogger, but I eventually found it so I saved myself a lot of hassle and money.

During April, I was also contacted by the lovely people at Pick'n'Melt* regarding their new wax melt subscription service "Pick n Post". Yes, that's right, they have a monthly subscription service for wax melts. They have three different options to chose from, but they signed me up to the "Pick n Melt" package, where you select twelve new scents every month for £10. They have over 300 scents to pick from so you won't run out of ones to chose. This month I went for a sweet selection, including Bubble Gum and Banana ones... I'm very happy with my selection and love that my room often smells like a sweet shop. I will be sharing some of my favourites in these monthly update posts because I'm in love with them... They're just so good for the amount they cost!

Another amazing thing that has happened is that Bleet has launched!! It didn't launch in April, but it launched before I wrote this post so I thought I'd include it as I'm extremely happy with the response we've had. So many lovely bloggers have downloaded it and are already matching with other bloggers near them. I can't wait for Bleet to grow and have even more bloggers join. Thank you to everyone that has supported us, it's honestly been amazing. 

I'm just dusting myself off from my fall down the pit of lack-of-motivation that we all fall down every once in a while, but I'm getting it back slowly and I've got a lot of products to share with you guys this month, so keep an eye out.
