Tambeauty Halloween Makeup

It's that time of the year again, Halloween. Don't you just love Halloween? I have had decorations up in my house for a while now and I'm counting down the days to when I get to carve a pumpkin. One thing that I was also looking forward to this year was the makeup. I love seeing all the different looks that people come up with and envying their makeup skills and their patience.
So when I saw that Tambeauty had a Halloween makeup line at such a good price, I decided that I had to give it a go.

Pro Lipstick Kit Far Away Collection by Freedom £5

First of all we have five high intensity professional lipsticks for a mere five pounds. Lets be honest, for one night a year you don't really want to spend a fortune on lipsticks so these are perfect. At first they are are a bit dry but they quickly soften up to a lovely creamy texture for your lips. I did find that you had to apply a fair amount for it to be more pigmented and not such a faded color. They reminded me of space, the colors were very galactic and I wish I could get away with wearing them every day.

I also picked up these two lipsticks because I was eager to try a green and I thought the blue looked very mermaid like and I had to know if it actually showed up on your lips with it being such a light color. Out of the two, the green one is my favorite because I am a fan of darker colors but I did like the blue one too. It would be the perfect shade if you were planning to dress up as some aquatic creature. So if you're going as a mermaid, I'd highly recommend this one.
These lipsticks were also very creamy and I didn't find that they dried out my lips.

Freedom Makeup London SFX Ghost Stories Kit £6

Last but not least the ghostly contouring palette. I really wanted to try and do a skeleton look so when I saw this for six pounds it was a definite must have. The palette consists of a few shades of white and a few shades of black, allowing you to get the look you are aiming for. The white that I used for my face was a lovely creamy texture making it thicker when you apply it to your skin. I really liked the black in this palette too, I will probably use it for my smokey eye makeup and not just for Halloween.

Here are the looks that I went for with this palette, I'd like to add that it was the first time I'd ever done them so they aren't great but I just wanted to show you guys what I'd managed to achieve with the palette.

Overall I was really happy with the makeup that I've bought from Tambeauty, I didn't have to spend a fortune on makeup to play around with Halloween looks and that's always a positive. Have you tried any of their Halloween line? You can check it out here
