Curling Short Hair || How I do it & What Products I Use

Curling short hair with straighners

As someone with naturally straight hair, I've always wanted lovely wavey/curly hair. When my hair was longer, I would curl it and they just wouldn't hold. It'd look lovely for the first half an hour and then after that, they'd slip out and my lovely straight, limp hair would return. However, when I cut it all off, everything changed. So I thought I would share how I curl my short hair and what products I use - as I know it's something that can be a bit of a pain to nail.

L'Oreal Elvive Fibrology Thickening Masque

L'Oreal Elvive Fibrology

As much as I love my hair, I do wish it was slightly thicker and had a bit more life to it. It tends to just do its own thing, and I've kind of given up trying to get it to look nice everyday. When I actually put effort into it I tend to use the Envy Professional products, but for everyday I just let it look lifeless. That was until I saw this hair thickening masque in Boots the other day.

Blogmas Day 16 || Envy Pro Hair

I'm not usually one to put much effort into my hair because not matter what I do, it always looks the same. If I curl it, it's straight again in half and hour. If I use products in it, depending on the product, it just gets greasy really fast. So I just don't really bother. So when Envy Pro* sent me some of their products, I thought it was the perfect time to start putting a bit of effort into my hair.
