Soap & Glory's Must-Have Make-Up Marvels

Soap & Glory's Supercat eyeliner has been a favourite of mine ever since I moved back to the UK. So when I received it alongside some other goodies in a PR package, I was eager to see if the other products were just as good or if I'd be let down. Bearing in mind that I've never been let down by a Soap & Glory product before, not that I can recall. So here's what I thought of their must-have makeup marvels*

Sexy Mother Pucker Extreme Plump

A lip plumping product isn't something I'd really pick up. I'm pretty happy with the size of my lips, so I've never felt the need to modify them at all. However, when I received this through the mailbox, I was eager to give it a go because I couldn't see how a simple lip gloss was going to change your lips at all. I was wrong.

As soon as I applied the gloss, my lips started tingling... So if you've got rather sensitive lips I wouldn't recommend it at all. Within minutes of applying the gloss, my lips had changed. They were more plump and voluminous, I was impressed!

Sexy Mother Pucker Lipstick

When it comes to lipstick shades I'm most definitely a bold kinda gal. I love a good red lip, in fact, most of my lipsticks are red. A very similar red too, because I like to spice things up. I do have the odd nude lipstick though, for the days when I can't be bothered to put in that extra bit of effort or I'd like to eat something without ending up looking like The Joker.

I mainly use nude lipstick for work, as I find they add a finishing touch to my very minimal makeup. I had been eying up Soap & Glory lipsticks for a while but never bought one, I don't know why... Probably because I got distracted by something else. So when I received this one, I was over the moon.

I have been using this Matte nude lipstick for work and loving it. It's matte, as I said, but doesn't dry out your lips or crack. It stays put all day and most importantly, it isn't sticky so I don't feel like my lips are constantly attracting my hair. It's the perfect shade for everyday use, as it gives my lips a bit of life but doesn't look too obvious that I'm wearing lipstick. It's a very natural shade.

Supercat Extreme Eyeliner Pen

When I moved back to the UK a few years ago, I had to leave behind my trusty old liquid eyeliner as they don't sell the one I used here. So I asked around to see which eyeliner people recommended and this Soap & Glory one was the most recommended to me. I picked it up at my local Boots and since then it has been one of my favourites.

It is such an easy eyeliner to use and stays in place all day, even in the heat when most of my face is slowly melting off. If you're a beginner with eyeliners, I'd highly recommend trying this one! The easy to use felt tip means it only takes me moments to wing my eyes every morning.

Archery D-I-Y Brow Bar

When it comes to eyebrow products, I have no idea what I'm doing. I don't really do much with my eyebrows, mainly because I'm scared I'm going to mess them up completely. I do have a few products, but they are easy to use products that are basically like mascaras for eyebrows. So when I saw this one, I thought it would be a challenge... I was wrong.

This little set is a 4-in-1 set that helps you shape, perfect, highlight and tame your eyebrows. I'll be honest, I only tend to tame and perfect my eyebrows... as I don't really know what else to do. I'll have to watch some tutorials and learn how not to fuck it up. I do find it easy to use though and it comes with all the tools necessary and two different shades, perfect.

Have you tried any of these Soap & Glory products? If so, which one is your favourite? I'm always up for trying new products, so if you have any Soap & Glory products you'd recommend please let me know in the comments!
