When it gets to the weekend, it's nice to do something different. I know that if you have been at work all week it is tempting to binge watch any series and chill, but you do feel a lot better if you get up and go out. So this weekend my mum and I decided to go down to the Canal with Max (the dog) take a walk and have lunch at a pub nearby. So i grabbed my camera and made the most of a nice day.
Pay day came around and I decided to take my time looking around Superdrug. I have recently discovered Superdrug, so it's like being a kid in a sweet shop. Everything is amazing and I always have the excuse to buy so that I can post it on my blog, right?
I decided to do a "what's in my bag post" because I enjoy reading them, so I thought that I would also enjoy writing one. There's something interesting about seeing what other people keep in their bag, don't ya think?
I have always seen people talking about the Real Techniques brushes and going on about how good they are, but I have never been able to buy them. The other day I treated my self to the Real Techniques gift set and the stippling brush from Amazon. They were on offer so I couldn't resist it. Do you blame me though?
Hello my dear readers, Hope you have all had a great week end and recharged your batteries ready for the week ahead!
In today's post I wanted to share with you this gift box that I purchased from amazon for my Mum. It's a Bomb Cosmetics gift box, full of bath soaps and it is a perfect present for mothers day. I have used Bomb Cosmetics bath stuff before and really liked it. So when I was browsing amazon looking for a present for Mothers day, this little bath box seemed perfect!
It's not the first time that I have been told to think positively for certain things. I always doubt myself and that is a terrible habit to have. I am great at giving advice but crap at taking it. But, lately I have been trying to think positive. I find myself trying to talk my brain out of negative thoughts, it's like a full on conversation with my brain at times. I was told that if you act confident and positive, you will soon become it. So along with the positive thoughts are the confident ones too.
Since I've moved back to the UK, I have become slightly addicted to Superdrug. Can you blame me? They always seem to have great deals and loads of products to offer. I was in there a few weeks ago, dragging my brother around the store, and I saw their tea tree products. Now, I have heard that tea tree is great for your skin and has anti-bacterial properties, so I decided to pick up a few and give them a go.
When I was about eight years old, my parents decided to move to Spain. Leaving behind our old life and friends. I'm not really sure why they made this decision, I think it had a lot to do with the fact that my Nan lived in Spain. Moving to Spain was a big change in my family's life and effected us so much.
My favorite beauty product at the moment is lipstick. Mainly red lipsticks. I've always liked red lips but I never used to wear them because I didn't feel confident enough to pull it off. But after wearing them and getting used to them, wearing them more and more, I now can't go without my bold lip colors. So I thought I would share with you guys my favorite lipsticks at the moment.
I have never been subscribed to a box of any type before but I have always wanted to try one. So when the ladies were talking about them the other week, I decided to give it a try. Plus, price wise it's really good.
I go through stages with things, I get really into them and love them but a few weeks later I find something else and move on. Unless It is something that is really worth it, then I make sure I top up on it.
A while ago I was contacted by Suga babes to try out two of their products and review them. I was very excited to get to try them out, I had checked out their website and read a bit about them. The products are all home made!! Here is their website if you want to check them out! http://www.suga-babes.com/
